NUTELLA plait!

Hello, I am back ... I think there is more than one month that I do not put a ricetta.E is the month of August I went to the sea and then the heat that has not been able to both the open oven. Now that summer is over I started to do my usual sweet ingredient with the good there is: Nutella! and then we come to the recipe, is a braid of brioche, stuffed with Nutella but the original recipe was with the jam! I took this recipe in the paper sweet 'MORE' SWEET "July / August.
ingredients:
90/100 g water

60g sugar 20g fresh yeast 1 egg at room temperature

1 lemon 100g of milk
warm melted butter and 50g flour 430g cold
Manitoba

three pinches of salt Filling:
nutella
also:
2 tablespoons granulated sugar and milk

Procedure:
dissolve in 50g yeast milk, a teaspoon of sugar and 20g of flour and let rise for 30 minutes. Pour the remaining flour in a large bowl, open the fountain and pour the yeast Preimpastato. Mix the butter with the remaining sugar, egg, grated lemon peel, salt, remaining milk and water. Pour the contents obtained in the flour and knead the dough on a work surface to make it homogeneous and allow to rise for 3 hours. Spread the dough on a sheet of baking paper to form a rectangle, with the tip of a knife to carve a new center rectangle without going deep, and preticare of miter cuts on the long sides of the rectangle. Spread the Nutella in the rectangle, and weave the strips of dough on the filling, forming a braid, lay the braid on a baking baking x at least 30 minutes and brush with milk and sugar, bake at 180 degrees for 40/45 minutes.

The recipe is over I hope I was clear in the explanation, with this mixture came to me three braids with the mixture and left I did some croissants and small cornettini ... yummy! Until next time!
