Good morning, and I too took the desire to make the jam! It 'so I see her around in various blogs, but frankly, to put me 3 hours to cook it I did not want to, so I entrusted to pectine. At first I was skeptical about the outcome but after work I was very satisfied and I'll just make sure the other fruits!
Ingredients:
1 kg of fruit to taste
1 packet of 2:1 pectine
500g sugar
Procedure:
peel the fruit desired and cut into small pieces, make sure that 1 kg precise and put in a pot high enough. Pectine Mix with sugar and add fruit to the cold, open the stove to medium heat and turn all, when the fruit starts to boil and turn up the heat for 3 minutes, test the consistency is too thin for you if you add lemon juice and put back on fire for another min. this point when the jam is still put in hot sterilized jars, close and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Wait at least 24 hours before consumption.
