Donuts POTATO! PEACH JAM WITH

Good evening, today I propose these delicious potato buns, for me I am also a fond memory of when I was little, I saw my grandmother made with great love. are suitable for all occasions, are delicious and then if you want to gamble, you can eat stuffed with chocolate, custard or ricotta and ... in short, a bomb!
ingredients:
25g fresh yeast

300g of flour 300g of boiled potatoes
50g of vanilla sugar
30g butter 2 eggs

white wine to taste oil for frying

proceedings:
