If you want to taste the true flavor of cheesecake try this recipe will not regret it.
Ingredients:
For the base: 250 gr gold

100 gr butter 1 egg
For the Filling: 250 gr
250 gr mascarpone cheese 3 eggs

sachet vanilla sugar 100 grams
jam berries
Procedure:
For the base:
chop the cookies, add melted butter and mix with the egg to create a pastry . Arrange in baking pan lined with parchment paper.
For the Filling: In a bowl
pay all ingredients and beat with mixer until creamy smooth, and pour it on the base. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Cool and spread the jam, keep refrigerated.
