Loaf Tuna

Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna 160 g
2 eggs 3 tablespoons Parmesan or grana
3 tablespoons bread crumbs 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method: Drain the tuna
and squash in a bowl. Add eggs and mix, then add the other ingredients and stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Pour the mixture on aluminum foil and shape of a sweet. Bake for 25-30 minutes in boiling salted water. Let cool and cut into slices. Garnish with mayonnaise.
